ABOUT // THE COMMON SURVIVAL PROJECT

An NGO for
everyday survival.

We are an independent, non-profit infrastructure project for ordinary people caught in opaque systems – insurance, credit, housing, welfare and work.

Our job is simple: turn private expertise and technical tools into public self‑defence so you are not alone when the letter arrives, the claim is denied, or the debt collector calls.

01.0 // What We Stand For

Survival Before Profit

People should not be bankrupted by storms, sickness, bureaucracy or bad code. We prioritise household stability over balance‑sheet optics.

Transparency as a Right

If a decision about you is automated or hidden, you should be able to see it, question it, and get it changed.

Collective Self‑Defence

Individual cases become patterns. We turn private pain points into shared intelligence, templates and strategies that anyone can reuse.

03.0 // How We Work

Independent & Non‑Profit

We are structured as an independent NGO. Our loyalty is to the people who use our tools, not to insurers, lenders or platforms.

We publish as much as we can openly so others can copy, adapt and improve what we build.

From Casework to Pattern

Individual matters feed an internal pattern library. When the same trick shows up twice, it becomes a guide, template or training.

This is how we move from helping one household to shifting how a whole sector behaves.
